Practical SMS and voice demos for small businesses
This page is the front door for a live demo backend that can handle missed-call rescue, SMS intake, customer follow-up, and review requests. The current live business demo is tuned for Jersey City Motorcycle Works.
What the demo does

Missed-call rescue If a business misses a call, the system can text back automatically and move the customer into a clean intake flow.

SMS intake A customer can text a business number, answer a couple of natural follow-up questions, and get logged for staff follow-up.

Review follow-up After an interaction, the business can ask for a 1–5 rating and branch into either a review request or a recovery message.

Optional live voice AI The same backend can also power AI-assisted voice handling for inbound calls when the call flow is configured and enabled.

Consent and messaging
This demo uses conversational SMS only. Customers opt in by texting first or by explicitly requesting follow-up through a web form or demo request flow. Messages are used for one-to-one customer communication, scheduling, follow-up, and support, not bulk marketing.
